If you would like to do a fundraiser, but are not sure what exactly to do, we have are here to help design something bespoke.

Bespoke fundraising challenges

Mass participation fundraising events are great, but they are a bit inflexible. Set rules, set date, set time.

Fundraising challenges don’t have to be like that. They can be special, tailored and something you'll never forget. That is the experience we want to create with you.

The Glacier Trust organises bespoke challenges for groups and individuals. We specialise in cycling and walking, but are keen to hear from anyone with the desire to take on a big physical challenge.

a tailor made challenge

Because we are small, we can create unique, one-off challenges that really stand out. Morgan, our Co-Director, will work closely with you to design your event. He will turn your idea (however wild) into a reality and help you achieve something truly amazing. No other charity provides this service.

Creating a great challenge

It will be physically tough, not necessarily glamorous, a touch unconventional, but definitely memorable. It will reflect you and your interests. It will push you. It will take you just beyond your comfort zone.

Doing it for a cause

The Glacier Trust is enabling some of the poorest people in the world to adapt to the impacts of Climate Change. It is a great cause. 100% of the money you raise will go directly to our work in Nepal

But What to do?

If you are stuck for an idea, don’t worry. With a little bit of information about you and your interests, we will help you come up with the perfect challenge. A walk, a ride, a swim, a press up marathon, whatever it is, we’ll make it happen.

Previous challenges

In July 2020, one of our supporters, Arthur, ran a half marathon with a twist. He did it while pushing a buggy containing his baby boy Hallam! They raised over £500. Here’s Arthur’s story of why he took on the challenge.
